- Dare yourself to do something you had never had enough courage to do before. Parachute jumping, holidays on another continent or painting your room in a bright colour – these are little revolutions in our life which help us gain new energy.
- Find some time for strolling at sunset. It is a great way to relax, ease the stress and aid sleep.
- If you have some spare time, get a pet. A pet causes not only duties, but also a lot of happiness, for all ages alike.
- If you still postpone your plans to see the world due to lack of money, then please remember that life is too short and you should see the beauties of our planet. - Change something in your look. What would make you feel better with yourself? Maybe it is a high time to go and see a hairdresser, or go shopping and buy some new clothes? After doing so, our self-esteem is always high. It is proven that a neat and smart look can contribute to achieving more success in life.
- Go back to your childhood memories. Visit a funfair, playground or a pitch. Play with children. Build a sand castle, or a house of blocks. Adults tend to forget how joyful it is!
