Just complete our online application form – but make sure all your requirements are set to go for when we ask you for them. You’ll be needing:
One primary ID and company ID (photo required) must be provided when submitting your application. Before the initial decision, you will be asked to provide the secondary ID. See below for the list of accepted documents:
Primary IDs: Passport Driver’s License Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID Unified Multi-Purpose ID Card PRC ID Voter’s ID / COMELEC ID Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card Social Security System (SSS) Card
Secondary IDs: Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID Company ID with name and photo PAGIBIG/HDMF ID PhilHealth Card Postal ID TIN ID NBI Clearance Credit/Savings Card Government Office and GOCC ID, for example, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP ID), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF ID) Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification

Your cash may be collected physically at our kiosk at second floor of Ayala Mall the 30th at 30 Meralco Ave, Pasig, 1605 Metro Manila between 12 and 8 pm. (Bring 2 of your IDs and other requested documents) OR have it deposited to your bank account.
Either of the two is fine with us, as long as you’re comfortable!
